We offer several items that are carefully baked without flour, however Fresno County does not allow home bakers to market or sell ‘gluten free’ products because that term requires an approval from the FDA.

We're a small business operating out of our home in Northwest Fresno. At this time we are filling orders twice a week on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
